Rates

Hourly Rates:  Virtual Momentum Business Services’ rates are affordable and conveniently priced:
Office Administration Rates:  $35 per hour (billed in 1 minute increments, no minimum # of hours required)

Event Management Rates: $50 per hour – (Retainer rate for Event Planning will include PowerPoint presentation design and production of handouts.  Production materials will be billed at cost before production begins.) 


Retainer Rates
Bronze Package $170 (5 Business Hours/$34 per hour)
You will be billed in advance $170 for your 5-hour retainer ($34/hour) and then in 1-minute increments at the $35/hour rate for any time beyond the 4 hours

Silver Package         $480 (15 Business Hours/$33 per hour)
You will be billed in advance $480 for your 15-hour retainer ($32/hour) and then in 1-minute increments at the $35/hour rate for any time beyond the 15 hours

Gold Package           $330 (10 Business Hours/$32 per hour)
You will be billed in advance $330 for your 10-hour retainer ($33/hour) and then in 1-minute increments at the $35/hour rate for any time beyond the 10 hours

Platinum Package   $620 (20 Business Hours/$31 per hour)
You will be billed in advance $620 for your 20-hour retainer ($31/hour) and then in 1-minute increments at the $35/hour rate for any time beyond the 20 hours 

  • Retainer package hours do not role over to the next month and are non-refundable.

  • All retainers are purchased in advance and payable the first of each month before services are rendered.

  • Incidentals such as mailing costs, binding materials and packaging will be charged to the client at the time the service is rendered. 

  • Onsite Services - Contact me for onsite services in the DFW Area.

  • Rush Fee - There will be a 25% charge for any project with less than a 24 hour turnaround or on holidays or weekends.

  • Mileage Reimbursement -For local clients, when the scope of work includes travel (for example: pick-up and delivery service, project related errands, etc), where applicable, mileage will also be charged back at the currently acceptable government rate (50.5 cents per mile - IR-2007-192, as of Nov. 27, 2007). http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=176030,00.html

Payment Terms

A signed contract is required prior to the establishing of a business relationship. New clients will be requested to pay a 50% deposit before work commences on any project, with the balance due upon completion of the project. (If the project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit will be considered non-refundable.)
Established clients may make payments upon receipt of monthly invoices via:
* Credit Card - through the secure PayPal system. Signing up for a PayPal account is easy, and takes just a few minutes to complete. Once you're done, you can send your payment in minutes!
* Business or personal check - please note that if you are a new client who chooses to pay for an initial project with a business or personal check, we cannot start working on your project until your check has cleared, which may cause unnecessary delays, particularly if you are in a rush.
